We all have things that trigger us. They go back from when we were very young and had unmet expectations. 

When we encounter a similar situatoin our neurons are firing in the same way and the energy is set in motion (emotion). We experience the same emotion. This week I am doing a short guided meditation to let the energy move through you so eventually, you will not be triggered by the same things over and over again. You can start creating a new life with new experiences.
