Last week I promised you a meditation that I use when I want to get over the same negative thoughts and feelings that keep getting in the way of my progress. Each time I do it, I get results in the next couple of days. I usually teach this to clients only but because it is such a valuable tool I wanted to share with everyone. I want as many people as possible to feel better about their life, about their family and friends, about the world.

PS I have some fingers taped together, and typing is slightly challenging so I will keep this short and sweet. If you follow me on IG or FB, you know what happened if you don’t follow me my favourite is still IG and I am planning to do more stories on IG to keep you in the loop my daily messy things, and how I deal with them. It has been quite a week. I broke off a piece of a tooth during my sleep, which is temporarily fixed. I dislocated my little finger on my right hand during free sparing for my 5th grade in Taekwondo, and now I am calling someone to come and fix our driveway which got washed away with the floods (yes we had a drought, the fires and now floods, welcome to Australia) but I am feeling so good! I am excited, and I don’t even know why.
