Meditation to enhance feeling good by trusting what is
I noticed that often we try to change things. We want things to be different than they are. We want to change our bodies, our money situation, our spiritual being, people, situations, and the whole world. This week I was guided to make a meditation that will help you relax and trust that everything right now right here is exactly the way it should be. Change is happening but trust that you don’t need to push it. You don’t need to paddle upstream to accomplish happiness. What you need most is a feeling of equanimity. A feeling of deep trust that you are perfect the way you are now. Try it out and let me know how you go:
