Looking for a small toolkit to keep your cool?
I feel a potential for big emotions. Being pulled in several directions at the same time. One of the things that I love to do and have helped lots of people with as a mentor is to make decisions with a calm mind. When you have a knee jerk reaction because you can’t create your monkey brain you often regret your actions. Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to control how and when you react? Have a delay switch so you don’t create unnecessary havoc and more toxicity?
To have a small toolkit that you can take everywhere and that you can access before you fly off the handle and create some damage that you might afterwards regret.
