We mostly avoid listening to our inner chatter.
We are so used to it, always babbling away about a hundred different things. It distracts us from our true purpose and can hinder growth.
I suggest you become aware of what is going on inside your head so you can finally do something about it. The best way is to journal first thing in the morning. Get all your thoughts out of your head on the paper so you can see what you are dealing with.
