In so many cultures, the concept of grounding plays an important role. When I do an energy reading, I regularly see that one of the things missing in the energy field is the energy of the earth. Today I will do a simple exercise to show you how you can measure the difference between having bare feet in contact with the earth and wearing shoes. Take advantage of this enhancing energy that is available to you. When you are experiencing stress, take your shoes off and walk for a while barefoot. It might make you sleep much better and feel less tired.
