Can you feel it?

I hope you have been enjoying my weekly vlog as much as I have.
It always feels a bit strange just to start talking and then record it because I never fully know what I will say. I ponder during my morning meditation and journaling about what I feel is happening energetically all around us, but when I try to look at my notes while I am recording, I lose the flow. So I ignore my notes and concentrate on staying connected to Source Energy and let myself be guided into trusting that whatever comes out of my mouth is something that I needed to say.
