Take a few moments to relax

Do you ever wish that you could just change your mood from stressed and overwhelmed to feeling more relaxed and happy?

It does not have to be by drinking a nice wine, you could also stop some of that disturbing mind chatter by listening to my meditation (before you have that glass wine…)

It is made short on purpose, only 9 minutes, so that even on a very busy day you can just go and sit somewhere alone (in your car, in a spare room, lock yourself in the bathroom just be creative you will find a spot) and than listen to this video while you do the yogic breathing as explained.

Remember like attracts like and the more you are feeling happy the more stuff that makes you happy will come your way!
