Today is day 8 of the 10-day blog challenge, here is the task Natalie Sisson gave us:
Day 8 Challenge: Like I said, today is a fun day. So I want you to go out and do something that you’ve wanted to do for a long time. Go out play, enjoy, and come back and write about what you did. Also, write about how you can make such adventures part of your new lifestyle.
Now today is Sunday and pouring rain, so what do I do to make this a fun day? I become creative. I have been writing a bit and making a drawing on the cover of my next journal. Then I realised this is perfect weather to do a marathon healing session with using Emotional Freedom Technique aka tapping to remove some blocks I currently am experiencing. Since I have been in Kai Ashley her program, I adapted my tapping to her way with a lot of breathing and yawning which has so much more effect! Healing can be fun! Rainy days don’t have to be boring they can be fun too. I was looking forward to spending time on the beach today, and when I looked outside, I thought what am I grateful for today. First of all that the rain is filling up our water tanks (we have no town water so rain is water to shower and drink) and the pool. It is cosy to sit with a roof over your head when it rains and sip my favourite Sunrider tea. I can indulge in reading, writing and doodling and hug on the couch. How can life get any better?
